To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email at info@pix-perfect.com or by phone at +880 1310 202970. Please provide your order number and the reason for the cancellation.

If your order has not yet been processed, we will be able to cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has been processed and is in the production stage, we will do our best to cancel it, but we cannot guarantee that it will be possible. In this case, we will issue a refund for the unprocessed projects.

If your order has already been completed, you will need to accept it anyway.

Please note that we cannot cancel any tasks or projects that have been started already.
